Walker was born in 1976. She was born as a child in Philadelphia Pennsylvania United States of America. Walker is a native American born with African American roots. She is the child of Harvey Welker, a Native American father along with Julie Welker, an African American Mother. Her mother is a real estate agent while her father works as an engineer. She graduated from the Germantown Friends School in the city of Germantown in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood in 1994. Then she attended Harvard College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1998. Welker was married John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was known as a marketing director. The couple has two daughters. They started an affair in 2014. John, John's husband is 4 years older. The relationship was enjoying itself and they decided to continue their relationship. On March 4, 2017, they were married. They got married at the city of Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The Hyatt Hotel, they celebrated an enormous and lavish wedding. The wedding was limited to family members and close friends. About 300 guests were in attendance.
